Pioneer of volunteering work in Saudi Arabia; he contributed to the establishment and training of a number of charitable and civil societies and was interested in developing the youth by holding lectures and training courses. He headed the volunteer work unit at the university; he was advisor to the Minister of Social Affairs for Development; and then he became the Undersecretary for Social Development.
