An imam and preacher for many mosques in the city of Jeddah. He conducted the Tarawih prayers in the mosque of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab in Qatar, and was hosted by the UAE Ministry of Endowment to lead Tarawih prayers in some mosques in the United Arab Emirates. He was a teacher and supervisor of the memorisation circles of the Memorisation Society in Jeddah, and he is now completing his postgraduate studies at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University.
