About The Detainee

He is a founder of Action Aid that delivers aid inside and outside of the kingdom. He also had a prominent role in setting up organisations dedicated to the memorisation of the Quran. He also played a role in aiding the poor locally and internationally. He contributed to the rationalisation of youths towards moderation and rejection of extremism. He was a member of the board of trustees of the World Islamic Youth Council (is this the World Assembly for Muslim Youth?) and a chairman of the Africa commission. He is one of the first contributors to the enrichment of King Abdul Al-Aziz centre for national dialogue and is the assistant secretary general of the Islamic campaign against aggression.
