Practices And Violations
- Arbitrary detention - Prolonged enforced disappearance - Denial of communication with his family - Denial of the right to appoint legal counsel - Delays and procrastination in his trial - Underwent surgery for a hernia, and despite requiring postoperative care, the prison administration deliberately exacerbated his suffering through medical neglect. The administration removed his bed from his cell, forcing him to lie on the floor, which caused additional pain beyond that of the surgery. Furthermore, the prison authorities deprived him of water for an extended period, leaving him in severe thirst to the point of screaming and moaning in agony, without any intervention or response from prison officials.

Furthermore, the prison authorities deprived him of water for an extended period, leaving him in such severe thirst that he resorted to screaming and moaning in agony. This dire situation was met with complete indifference and a lack of response from the prison officials.
