It was also broadcast through various media outlets. Furthermore, the presenter of the seminar, Dr. Saud Al-Funaisan, was serving as the Dean of the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University at the time. Additionally, the speech he delivered at the Abha Mosque had already been addressed at the time, and he signed a commitment not to repeat it. He was also banned from delivering sermons following that incident.
