SANAD Calls for the Revocation of the Death Sentence Against Abdullah Ghazawi

Saudi authorities continue to detain Abdullah Yahya Ghazawi since May 2019, following a raid on his home in Qatif.

According to human rights information, Ghazawi has been subjected to multiple violations in prison, including enforced disappearance, denial of regular contact with his family, deprivation of his legal rights, and an unfair trial that resulted in a discretionary death sentence.

SANAD Human Rights Organization has called on the Saudi authorities to revoke the death sentence against him, release him immediately and unconditionally, and put a permanent end to all politically motivated executions in the Kingdom.
