SANAD Organisation is demanding the release of Fahd Ramadan
The Yemeni Mr. Fahd Ramadan, a resident of the Netherlands, has been detained in Saudi Arabia since November 20, 2023, after he arrived in the country to perform the Umrah pilgrimage.
His arrest, known as “The Amsterdam Ambassador,” occurred after private WhatsApp messages were leaked in which he criticized the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman.
SANAD Organisation for Human Rights expresses its profound concern and strong condemnation of the continued detention of the young Yemeni, Fahd Ramadan, since November 20, 2023, without just cause or legal basis. SANAD Organisation demands the immediate release of Fahd Ramadan and appropriate compensation from the Saudi authorities.
