The Supreme court overturns and increases the verdict issued against Dr. Omar Al-Muqbil

The Supreme Court in Riyadh overturned the verdict issued against Dr. Omar Al-Muqbil and increased it to four years. He was previously sentenced by the Specialised Criminal Court to 6 months in prison.

Al-Muqbil was arrested in October 2018 due to an old clip of him criticising the Entertainment Authority.
