More than two years have passed since the arrest of Dr. Abdullah Al-Shahri, the Saudi academic and author, who was detained by the Saudi authorities in May 2021 after commenting on a television interview with Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Dr. Al-Shahri is an academic who studied Sharia, English, and French at the Sorbonne University, and sociology in several countries, including Britain, America, and France. He has several published works.
SANAD Organisation for Human Rights calls for the immediate release of Dr. Abdullah Al-Shahri, immediately and unconditionally, and to compensate him adequately.
