SANAD Organisation condemns the continued detention of Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Munjid

The Saudi authorities have continued to detain Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Munjid since September 2017 without any legal reasons.

Since his arbitrary arrest in September 2017, Al-Munjid has been subjected to a series of serious violations of his rights, including being denied the right to appoint a lawyer, being held in harsh conditions, and deliberate medical neglect despite suffering from a number of chronic diseases, including diabetes.

In this regard, SANAD Organisation for Human Rights strongly condemns the continued detention of Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Munjid by the Saudi authorities and holds the Saudi authorities responsible for his physical and psychological safety. The organization also calls for his urgent and unconditional release.
