SANAD organisation  calls for the release of the journalist Khaled Al-Shahri.

Media activist Khaled Al-Shahri continues to suffer arbitrary detention since his arrest by the Saudi authorities in March 2020, due to his expression of opinion on an incident related to the coronavirus.

Since his arrest, Khaled Al-Shahri has been subjected to mistreatment in prison, where he was prevented from communicating with his family members, denied legal representation, and remains out of sight with no news available, indicating that he is under enforced disappearance.

SANAD Organisation for Human Rights calls on the Saudi authorities to immediately release him unconditionally, provide necessary compensation, and cease the ongoing human rights violations that have been occurring for several years.
