SANAD organisation calls for the release of Dr. Mahmoud Al-Mubarak, who has been detained since September 2021.

In September 2021, the Saudi authorities arrested Dr. Mahmoud Al-Mubarak, a faculty member at King Faisal University, without any legal reasons.

Dr. Al-Mubarak, in addition to being a faculty member at King Faisal University, is an expert in international law, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics. He also obtained another Master’s degree in International Relations from the United States. He is a member of several international law associations and has authored numerous books in his field, contributing significantly to the defense of human rights.

In response, SANAD Organisation for Human Rights calls on the Saudi authorities for the immediate and unconditional release of Dr. Mahmoud Al-Mubarak and for his necessary compensation.
