The continued enforced disappearance of Mr. Saeed bin Farwah Al-Qahtani

The Saudi authorities have continued to detain Mr. Saeed bin Farwah Al-Qahtani since September 2017 without any legal reasons, amidst a total blackout of all news about him.

It is noted that Mr. Saeed and his family were terrorized during the arrest, his mobile phone was confiscated, and he was taken to an unknown location. His family received no information about his detention site until 8 months after his arrest when they learned that he had been transferred from Sha’ar Prison in the Asir region to Al-Hair Prison, and since that day, all news about him has been cut off.

The Sanad rights organization calls for the disclosure of Mr. Saeed bin Farwah’s fate and his immediate and unconditional release, along with the necessary compensation.
