The Fifth Anniversary of Abdullah Yahya Al-Ghazwi’s Arrest

These days mark the fifth anniversary of the arrest of young Abdullah Yahya Al-Ghazwi, who was forcibly disappeared in May 2019 after Saudi security forces raided his home in the city of Qatif.

Since then, no information has been available regarding his whereabouts or the conditions of his detention, constituting the internationally prohibited crime of enforced disappearance.

SANAD Organisation for Human Rights, demands that the Saudi authorities immediately disclose the location of Abdullah Yahya Al-Ghazwi’s detention and release him unconditionally.
