Continued Detention of Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Doweesh

The Saudi authorities continue to detain Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Doweesh since April 2020, where he is serving a 15-year prison sentence without any legal reasons.

It is noteworthy that Al-Doweesh is an academic at Qassim University, a writer for several newspapers and magazines, and has authored several books. He has participated in various local and international symposiums and conferences, and founded the charitable Vision Center for Social Studies.

SANAD Organisation for Human Rights, calls on the Saudi authorities for his immediate and unconditional release, as well as the release of all prisoners of conscience.
